• Responsible for developing long-term relationships of assigned customers, liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of JOBMASTER solutions according to customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through meetings and ongoing calls with the customers.
• Operate as the focal point of contact for all matters specific to the customers
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of JOBMASTER solutions according to customer needs and objectives through following up with the technical team to maintain customer satisfaction
• Identify and grow opportunities within the account through understanding client needs and direct them to the appropriate service to ensure growth attainment
• Negotiate on price and deliverable with the clients with the coordination of technical team/ product leader.
• Create detailed customized proposal and present it to clients to maintain JOBMASTER image and branding.
• Prepare reports to monitor forecast accurately and analyze all sales trends.
• Set sales plan with the commercial manager by forecasting the business opportunity of the existing accounts
• Ensure that Customer requirements are clearly defined and accurately translated into meaningful information such that the Operations function can meet the Customer’s requirements.
• Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
• Indoors : 40%
• Outdoors : 60%
• Working Days : 5 Working Days
• Days off : 2 Days Off
• Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)
