Leading a team of developers, focusing on review design and developing solutions using the .NET Technologies, applying test cases on all codes.
• Reviewing developers’ code, all code must coverage with test cases.
• Ensuring all developers follows the code standard.
• Evaluating new technologies and understanding how the organization could leverage them.
• Involvement in all phases of the development lifecycle, from business specifications, to design and analysis, to development, testing, and deployment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new development paths and development frameworks.
• Introducing developers to new development tools to improve quality, productivity, and reliability of our code base.
• Establishing design technical solutions and managing both onshore and off-shore resources to implement this work.
• Assist in the remediation of application stability and performance.
• Assist in team hiring and new candidates evaluation
• Consulting and technical management of off-shore outsourcing projects.
• Contribute to architecture, design, and planning of technical solutions.
• Create release notes for developed applications
Collaborate with QC to fix reported bugs
