• Job Description :
  Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
  Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and futureProducts
  Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  Expand and develop marketing platforms
  Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  Determine and manage the marketing budget
  Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
  Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
  Create marketing presentations
  Liaise with media and advertising
  Collaborate with the sales function
  Monitor industry best practices
  Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment
  objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
  Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures,
  Research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
  Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution,
  establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
  Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
  Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
  Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products,
  lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
  Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows.
  Confer with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement and royalty
  sharing with outside producers and distributors.
  Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
  Advise business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services.
  Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
  Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
  Developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content duration, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much moreProduce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendorsBe in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
  Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
