The role of a Inbound Tourism and Umrah Manager is a combination of marketing, public relations and management. It also involves lots of planning and preparation. We are looking for professional and passionate Tourism Manager to attract tourists to visit Saudi Arabia and experience the beauty of desert, historical places and connect with our rich culture.
We’re an energetic company and are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization and be important character in our business success story.
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
• prepare the inbound work plan for 5 years.
• Create tourism programs for all regions of Saudi Arabia, and design the itinerary.
• Prepare and manage offers for tourism programs (Tours - Hotels - transportation .etc.)
• Selecting and contracting the best services providers.
• Supervise, mentor and train the tour guides.
• Supervising the UMRAH Department, which include the following :
- prepare the Umrah work plan for 5 years.
- Establishing business partnerships and deals with Makkah and Madinah Hotels, and
prepare weekly promotion.
- The Ability to prepare the agreements with Makkah and Madinah hotels by choosing
the best deal that suit our business goals
- The ability to make deals with foreign UMRAH companies.
• Planning the promotional material, packages, and displays.
• Liaising with local businesses and the media.
• Maintain and supervise the after-sales services.
• Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability.
Qualifications and training required
• Graduates with degrees in languages, travel, tourism, leisure, business studies, marketing, management are normally at an advantage.
• Relevant work experience in tourism field is essential around ( 3 to 5 years).
• Working and living in Saudi Arabia is must.
