• Own the change request and perform technical analysis for specific BU changes and ensure that the business requirements are met. When applicable, work with SD team on this task.
• Determines requirement feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, technical solution development.
• Converting business/ functional requirements into technical design document (TDD) that satisfy business needs
• Prepare Functional unit test specification, test scenario & review WBT documented by developer.
• Review the code developed by other developers using standard coding checklist & Prepare review report.
• Obtain stakeholder buy-in for the TDDs and ensure that the design satisfies the requirements.
• Ensure adherence to established development quality management plans and standards.
• Timely closure of all the design related open items for the CR which is owned by him/her
• Do RCA's with the developer for SIQT & Production defects to avoid the occurrence of same issue again & learn from the mistakes.
• Maintain the quality of deliverable
• Work on process improvement & optimization
• TDD walk through with SD team for all critical CRs
• Analysis of SIQT & BAT comments & ensure that correct fixing done by developer.
