On behalf of a leading Real Estate & Property Management company, we are seeking a Senior Executive - Leasing for their Dammam office.
You will be responsible for assisting in managing sales and lease activities to meet the business targets, generate sales revenue and develop and grow the business in line with the organizations overall strategic direction and business plans.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures for the Sales and Lease Services function.
• Assist in developing the Sales and Lease business plan, while ensuring alignment with organizations overall strategy and direction.
• Contribute to the implementation of the strategic initiatives and objectives, as applicable to the Sales and Lease Services function, and ensure it is communicated properly to all individuals within the department.
• Support the business development customer and market information from various sources, provide input and recommendations to develop appropriate sales and leasing strategies and identify new initiatives to correspond with customer needs and market conditions.
• Support the development of the sales forecast, sales target, and plans with regards to the economic climate, competitive environment, real estate trend, and legislative actions for every project within the organization.
• Manage, monitor and evaluate the sales and lease contracts and all sales and lease activities to achieve high market share and increase sales volumes and revenue.
• Direct and monitor all leasing activities including sourcing new tenants, negotiating the sale and lease parameters, sales and lease analysis and closing sale and lease transactions.
• Build strategic and lasting relationships with key tenants and real estate agents/brokers. Initiate the sales/lease agreements and ensure the collection of security deposits and initial payments are made on a timely basis.
• Participate and provide input and technical support to concerned personnel in Business Development stage including Market Research, Site Selection, Feasibility Studies, Project Financing, etc. on all matters related to sale and lease services.
• Provide advice and support to concerned personnel in Technical Services during the design phase on matters related to customer experience and tenants' requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of customer database for all departments' activities including tenants' details, sales and lease contracts, and vacancy and occupancy data.
• Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to department's employees to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies. Ensure the effective and efficient flow of work, and ensure all employees recognize their fundamental role in the department.
• Responsible for signing contracts with the customers in addition to collecting the first 6 months of the payment.
• Managing leasing requests and maintains relationships with tenants and plan tenant mix.
