Primary Purpose of the job:
maintain Human Resource Personnel procedures as per company and labor law.
Assist Management in the implement of company policies and integration of the department functions with other functions in the company .in achieving corporate objectives.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the system.
2. Perform all forms & documents required for Social Insurance.
3. Compile employee payroll data from time sheets and other records to maintain and update payroll records and compile payroll deductions.
4. Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts.
5. Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for medical insurance.
6. Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
7. Administer employee Social Insurance and savings Box.
8. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
9. Ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
10. Regulate employment contracts and its renewal .
11Collecting all documents & data required for Medical Insurance.
13. Following company QMS requirements.
