Work is based in Sadat City
Participate in developing the annual production plan of the plant, according to the production capacity of each production department.
Edit, implement and execute the policies and procedures of the maintenance process to make sure that all equipment and machines are ready to operate according to the labor instruction.
Reporting the annual budget for machines, equipment and spare parts to the maintenance management. And ensure the availability of spare parts in warehouses to avoid deviation and stop production.
Identify the investments necessary to raise the production capacity of the plant through the study of the productive capacity of each department.
Supervising and directing his crew to ensure the maintenance of the company's property from machines, equipment and building.
Supervises the establishment and implementation of preventive and periodic maintenance plan for all machines, equipment and buildings
Reduce the time spent and develop the handling stages that lead to the acceleration of the production process
Apply total quality standards to ensure that specifications are consistently applied in accordance with agreed standard.
Analyze the various stages of maintenance to identify the weaknesses, develop time tables and plans to overcome the weaknesses and introduce new equipment to increase production efficiency
Develop flexible system to deal with changes in maintenance plans in coordination with the procurement, planning, production and warehouse department and general manager of manufacturing processes to achieve the required maintenance rates under those variables
