IT Manager/Software Developer is responsible for implementation and maintenance of Company’s IT needs, oversee and manage a company’s information technology projects.
He or she is also supervising other employees in the company’s IT Department and assist with project management and other IT related Issues.
Principal Responsibilities
• He or she is responsible for developing IT requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for information technology projects
• He or she will oversee all phases of project from conception to completion
• Responsible for technological staff/team, hardware and software, computer systems, program analyst.
• Recruit the best possible IT staff and communicate with HR department about their issues
• Manage and develop the plans for the trainings of their IT staff.
• Communicate regularly with the team members, different departments of organization and clients to ensure that the operations are going smoothly.
• Research for new cost cutting technological systems and make plans to deliver that systems with the organization and their clients, so that they could achieve their operations in an efficient way
• Make the company’s technological budget.
• Assist with upgrading information security
• Monitor different IT projects and distribute the work among different staff of IT.
• Helping the clients of an organization in technological side.
• Ensure all systems work effectively
• Purchase necessary systems for an organization
• Maintain the best quality standards in delivering technological projects
• Develop the security guidelines for the systems/operations to ensure that there would be no error creates into the systems or operations
• Making his trained team available for the organization and their clients in the period of downfall.
• Develop the IT policies and monitor those policies that could help other departments of an organization.
• Provide best possible solutions to all the departments of the organization in technological side.
Manage IT /System administrator in a Corporate or Public Sector Organization
