Job Summary:
A well-known Company based in Dammam has a vacancy for an HR Generalist.
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with management in supporting other departments and companies. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation and employment law compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Studying organization hierarchy, plans and objectives to understand different roles and functions.
• Maintaining company organization charts and the employee directory.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications, as well as determine current and future staffing needs.
• Conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating interviews, following up on interviews with candidates and making recommendations to company hiring managers.
• Attracting candidates by utilizing various sources such as social media networks, job sites, employment & recruitment agencies, colleges, and employee referrals.
• Writing offer letters and negotiating contracts.
• Conducting employee on-boarding and help plan new-staff orientation, training & development.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
• Undertake tasks in performance management.
• Completing timely ad-hoc reports.
• Monitoring and applying HR best practices.
• Assuming other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
