A new government entity in Riyadh is seeking a HR Director/Leader to set up their HR function and deliver on best practice policies and procedures.

Client Details

This is a new government entity based in Riyadh with a strong leadership team already in place.

Description

• Set up the HR function, devising all polices & procedures for the function, employee services and compliance with Saudi employment law
• Compose salary grading and job capabilities
• Member of the senior leadership team, drive changes and decisions
• Responsible for all employee services
• Oversee HR budget
• Lead recruitment cycle for employees at all levels and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
• Deliver company training and manage the training calendar
• Monitor all legal requirements in line with KSA employment law
• Run employee engagement initiatives

  Profile
  
• At least 8 years HR experience, at least 3 in a management/leadership role. Will currently be a Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Manager
• Must have experience in a start up environment, setting up a function from scratch and/or led HR transformation
• Previous experience in a government entity is preferred or a Big4 professional services background
• Full working knowledge of KSA employment law and proven compliance experience
• Strategic mind-set with a hands on approach, you must be able to handle the operations as well as the strategy
• Strong leadership experience and proven experience influencing senior stakeholders
• KSA Nationals based in Riyadh will be considered for this role

  Job Offer
  
  Salary package between SAR 50,000 - AED 60,000 (basic, housing, transport) plus bonus.
