Long term plan (yearly plan) setting aims and matching them to school mission, in addition to the syllabus distribution, and grade distribution.
Intermediate plan (quarterly) setting the topics to be covered in each quarter matching the goals to the aims.
Short term plan (daily/Weekly plan according to the subject); state the objectives of each lesson and how they will be achieved, including seating arrangement, activities, group/pair work and physical conditions besides emergency plans
Preparation of task sheets, worksheets, A-V aids before the beginning of the week.
