KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)
1. Manage the Global Staff Survey action plan implementation, ensuring alignment with the assigned timelines, budget and resources.
2. Collaborate closely with group of volunteers, all staff and management to consistently share Global Staff Survey plan progress and updates.
3. Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees.
4. Integrate and partner with Communications team as well as with HR team to implement Global Staff Survey planned solutions.
5. Work effectively with all functions to influence, manage and drive change across the internal organization.
6. Develop metrics and measurement system to track and analyze Global Staff Survey plan initiative against stated goals.
7. Ensure employees are inspired, excited and empowered to meet our Global Staff Survey plan goals.
8. Create and sustain new communication channels to enable staff to effectively share, communicate and exchange on operations, strategies and regional opportunities.
9. Plan and organize all staff retreats.
