Primary Purpose of the Job:

 

• 
  
• Gathering, Recording and reconciling cost / inventory / port /related Accounts accrual and transactions using SAP system both data inputting and analyses of expenses in order to to ensure that company Cogs and inventory are real and accurate.
• 
  

Principal Accountabilities:

 

• 
  
• Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
• 
  
• Analyzing data collected and recording results.
• 
  
• Process three way P.O matching invoices.
• 
  
• Analyzing Port related costs.
• 
  
• Analyzing actual items costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual items costs
• 
  
• Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
• 
  
• Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
• 
  
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
• 
  
• Maintaining Cost Accounting System.
• 
  
• Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger
• 
  
• Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program.
• 
  
• Reconciles finished goods inventories clearing accounts.
• 
  
• Reconcile COGS accounts.
• 
  
• Support to prepare the external auditor cost / inventory reports.
• 
  
• Maintain the Shipment original documents files
•
