JOB PURPOSE

To ensure the compliance of company factories and premises
to SFDA rules and regulations and to be responsible to develop the internal compliance
system and internal audits accordingly.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

 

• Conduct Internal Audits and ensure immediate correction of
  the findings.
• 
  
• Lead in the preparation of audit work programs identifying
  specific audit steps to be performed, including test plans.
• 
  
• Lead cross-functional team to close all gaps.
• 
  
• Communicate audit status and action plan progress update.
• 
  
• Provide support and flexibility to the business.
• 
  
• Build a relationship with SFDA and other Gov. Personnel.
• 
  
• Support internal audits focused primarily on the
  government’s internal controls, asset safeguarding, and compliance with
  procedures, laws, and regulations.
• 
  
• Independently and objectively, help plan and execute audits
  in accordance with professional and governmental auditing standards, if needed.
• 
  
• Frequently update Management team with SFDA update via
  periodic written updates.
• 
  
• Prepare time and resource budget estimates to complete the
  audit.
• 
  
• Prepare formal written work papers and reports, documenting
  audit work performed, and expressing conclusions.
• 
  
• Perform all administrative functions necessary to ensure
  compliance with government bodies.
• 
  
• Maintain an updated list of the approved SFDA regulations,
  standards and technical regulations related to Food and request the purchase of
  any updated or newly released standard.
• 
  
• Supervise the deployment of the updated or newly released
  SFDA regulations, standards and technical regulations in SMFF and report
  relevant non-conformances.
