We are looking for Senior Business (Development) Associate, who will take on the management of key business projects/assignments.
Projects management responsibilities including delivery each project on time, within budget and within scope.
This role reports directly to the Deputy General Manager of the Group.
Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with all business units (BU) to satisfy business requirements and meet the needs of stakeholders across sales units ,POSs, marketing campaigns, product analysis (Pros and Cons), Finance, Human capital, standardization and others.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/subcontractors for the execution of project(s).
Advice Stakeholder on critical decision looping into and/or through merger, acquisition and divestiture.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
Ensure resource availability and well usage /allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification alongside statistics techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client either walk-in or B to B.
Perform risk management to minimize each assignment risks/cost.
Create and maintain comprehensive project paperwork.
Participate in issuing the budget, cost saving, feasibility studies alongside due diligence.
