Responsibilities
Develop and manage purchase contracts
Perform vendor evaluation and selection
Maintain Healthy relation with suppliers.
Build a partnership with suppliers.
Plan, organize and evaluate the purchasing activities and budget
Forecast purchase requirements and maintain stock
Identification of opportunities for operational improvements
Manage purchase team and procurement activities
Ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner
Making sure that suppliers deliver on time
Facilitate and ensure timely processing of POs, receipts, and invoices - submit purchase requisitions for goods and services, coordinate invoice processing with Accounts Payables, follow up with vendors on outstanding invoices
Oversee that IT procurement conform with capital and expense spending plans
Track and analyze IT related expenses to provide insight and understanding into IT spend; identify trends and opportunities for savings, development of financial forecasts, and monthly spend reviews
Keeping track with market trends and updating technology
