This is a unique opportunity to hold a leading positions in our Linde SIGAS Oil & Gas Services Function based at SIGAS offices in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is an ideal role for a seasoned Oil & Gas Operator/supervisor with a broad range of experiences; a position that represents a great opportunity to make a big impact across a large territory, with a major global name.
The successful incumbent will be expected to manage the following responsibilities:
- Checking of equipment in workshop before
mobilization.
Operating & Controlling of equipment in a safe way according to company procedures.
Responsible for PTW conform site regulations.
Rig up of equipment on site.
Report all relevant technical data, instructions, project changes, missing or damaged material.
Responsible for daily checks and maintenance of equipment on location.
Responsible for maintenance of equipment in the workshop.
Reports incidents, near misses and unsafe situations on site and workshop and takes
actions to resolve unsafe situations.
Takes care of being updated on all relevant Linde and client procedures and regulations.
Takes care of a clean working environment.
General project work.
Responsible of all relevant safety items that concerns him, colleagues and third party
personnel.
Coordinates and oversees the CO2 & Nitrogen Service work at site handling the more complex, hazardous, and/or high profile jobs providing quality service to the customer.
Develops & executes all planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used, including dispute resolutions to approved levels.
Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.
Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators during the rigging up and
rigging down on a location of service equipment and the assembly and
preparation of equipment for installation, running and service of a job.
Manage the project team in preparation and on site.
Coordinates the clean up, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job.
Plans and performs required calculations for the total job at the site as needed.
Evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their
job performance.
Assists in pre-planning, job execution and post job analysis.
Participates in developmental programs to accelerate learning.
Provides technical and operational expertise to external customer in a professional
manner.
Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and
guidelines.
