1. Contributes to the teaching, learning facilitation, classroom supervision and
clinical supervision of students in areas of practice related to the faculty member’s area of expertise.
2. Contributes to the planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing educational programs.
3. Provides advice on studies to allocated students.
4. Supervises research students, if appropriately qualified.
5. Follows all College of Nursing policies and guidelines in accordance with the Mohammad Al-Mana College for Health Sciences Mission, Vision and Values.
6. Undertakes administrative duties as specified.
7.Participates in Mohammad Al-Mana College of Nursing quality improvement initiatives as required.
8. Participates in the corporate activities of the faculty and staff group within and outside Mohammad Al-Mana College for Health Sciences.
9. Ensures own professional development.
10. Perform other related skills and duties within the scope of the knowledge, skills and experience required for the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
11. Attending relevant meetings in pursuit of the coordination of college educational activities.
