Job Summary:
The Researcher based in Egypt will support a team of experienced consultants who are specialists in their niche markets. The Researcher will be responsible for providing essential data to consultants regarding candidates and all aspects of the recruitment market. Whether you are advising one of the world's largest companies on a candidate sourcing strategy, or helping a candidate taking the next step in their career, this is an exciting and rewarding career. You will be given full support and training and will have the chance to work in a team-based environment, along with owning individual goals and responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with consultants to deeply understand client business, requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization
• Implement search strategies to build talent pipeline for vacancies at client companies using a variety of methods, including headhunting, boolean, referrals and job portals
• Be expert on business, market and industry research to enable data-driven talent strategies and recommendations that influence recruiting strategy and make real impact
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on our knowledge management systems so as to both facilitate the search process and our overarching Market Intelligence initiatives
• Be a contributing member of the team that effectively embodies and promotes the culture and values of our company and lead the team to do the same. Our core values consist of the following: Expert, Inquisitive, Ambitious, Be Passionate, Be open and transparent
