Job Duties
• Oversee day to day operations of the web store
• Responsible for setting the strategy and budget for the web store after approval from
management
• Responsible to achieve approved set out strategy and budget from management
• Responsible for setting the strategy and budget for the marketing of the web store
• Responsible to achieve set out strategy and budget for the marketing of the web store
• Achieve sales targets set out by management
• Achieve and maintain discount budgets set out by management
• Manage all product related content related to web store operation including
photography of products, product description and others
• Manage the work flow and set priorities for the web store
• Manage customer relations for the web store
• Collaborate with merchandising and budgeting management to achieve allocated
targets
• Manage, train and maintain order fulfillment processes
• Work collaboratively with Management, the IT Team and the Web Developer on web
store program and development projects
