• Define assigned projects objectives, resources and deliverables and oversee quality control and implementation throughout the projects life cycle.
• Prepares project plan, communicates it to the team, and reviews the plan with the Project Manager from the client’s side.
• Plan, execute, implement and finalize assigned projects according to established guidelines, deadlines and within budget.
• Define projects tasks and resource requirements and the executing timeline.
• Responsible for sites projects delivery.
• Manage the day-to-day activities within the project taking place on the client site and within the team working at Company and manage the problems that arise
• Monitor the progress of the Project, ensuring that they are following the project management methodology.
• Prepare the overall testing plan, indicating milestones for testing and develop the testing scenarios.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports to the Engineering Manager.
• Communicate project plans and budgets via regular meetings.
• Evaluate the performance of the system engineer assigned to the Project and prepare and submit performance evaluation reports to the stakeholders.
