Aqua tots (Riyadh) is looking for a Senior female candidates to fill the position of General manager of an American school facility size of 20+ employees and will be report to company owners.
Main responsibilities:
Supervise General departments activities /operations and direct managing on Aquatic manager and Front desk manager.
- Keep an excellent relationship with Aqua tots customers.
- Responsible for the implementation and management of financial accounting as set forth by the budget.
-Implements advertising/marketing campaigns with coordination with marketing department.
- Monitor training programs for all new joiners and current Swim instructors and front desk staff.
-Supervises front desk manager in the implementation of Aqua tots approaches and teaching philosophies.
-Supervise managers in hiring, firing, scheduling and all staffing related matters
- supervise managers on pool operation, facility purchasing, customer service provided, review all client problems/refund requests.
-Conducting monthly /weakly meetings with managers on operations and with staff on operations updates , motivational and collaboration aspects, …
- Assure the implementation of Aqua tots core values inside the facility.
- communicate with owners and provide reviews, reports, updates and any requested tasks.

Monitor budget/expenses
Reconcile General Ledger
Review Inventory and Cost Control Reporting
Review Sales and Revenue
Review Daily / monthly Reconciliation Reports
Daily Customer Interactions
Supervise managers responses to problems/customer issues in timely manner
Supervise Aquatic manager in pool operations
Financial/Accounting
• Oversee Implementation of Yearly Budget/Pro Forma
• Weekly revenue review and sales trends
• Yearly Budget/Pro Forma
• Reconcile General Ledger
• Labor Projections
• Revenue Projections
• Employee Benefits Administration
