Lead the analysis of current E2E Fixed and Mobile network architecture and capacity , and provide a full and up-to-date , and state recommendations for better utilization of current architecture
Lead a complete physical audit for all Orange Egypt Core sites
Generate and study the E2E Evolved Core network conversion design and best practice modification requirements , through continuous participation with the Orange Group Architecture Teams in different Network domains
Study and analyze different E2E architecture scenarios and provide an impact study and analysis for each scenario on the current and state recommendations
Provide a planning Guide-Lines for Converged (mobile and fixed) Network Planning Teams ( example: RAN planning , Core Planning , Data Network Planning , Packet Core …..etc)
Follow up with Core Planning teams the dismantle and installation future plans to ensure requirements availability ( foot-print , Power …etc)
Generate Network Elements evolution capabilities and best practice architecture
Study and generate recommendations for the integration between different converged network Elements and platforms
Study New technology (ex: 5G , Cloud computing) impact on current network architecture
Optimization for Existing Core sites equipment across different platforms for enhancing performance , cost saving and footprint optimization
Complete evaluation and assessment for New Core Sites in terms of Capacity , Power requirements , locations and connectivity
Study and generate a full Impact report of new Network elements on existing converged Network architecture and other network elements
Participate , Support and join New projects and equipment’s RFP with Converged Network Planning Teams.(ex: Core Planning Teams , RAN , Packet Core , Transmission ….etc) to ensure full compatability with current and future platforms
Study new methods and practices in Core Planning and Operation to reduce OPEX and CAPEX
