Job Purpose:
The Sr. Business Planning Specialist will support “Managers of Service Units” and “Manager Business Planning” in preparing, executing and achieving business plans. In addition, this role will be responsible for defining actions to ensure continuous improvements regarding business processes, systems, customer satisfaction as well as satisfaction of employees working in SuppServ.

Responsibilities:
Ensure reporting & performance reviews
Develop / further enhance reporting tools and templates.
Access data and run reports (using SAP, dashboards and other Microsoft applications) on an ad hoc or regular basis, thus reviewing progress of operations as well as initiatives.
Timely highlight possible deviations / potential risks and ensure preventive/corrective actions are implemented in due time.
Systems & Process Improvements:
Continuously analyze current systems and processes / workflows, focusing on optimization of workflows (vs. optimizing departmental interests), thus identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to be worked out jointly with SME.
Drive annual business plan
Defining strategic as well as operational objectives for department “Group Information Technology”.
Defining needed initiatives / actions for to ensure aforementioned objectives will be achieved and establish clearly traceable KPI on adequate level of details.
Support “Group Information Technology” Management to cascade required actions/targets to employees.
Management of Committees
Organize annual meetings calendar, agenda, and plans.
Document actions and decisions in minutes of meeting (MoM) and ensure agreed actions and decision are implemented.
Highlight possible synergies/conflicts/inconsistencies across different committees and functions.
