To provide a professional and effective soft services to clients and tenants by managing FM onsite team
• Responsible for all cleaning and housekeeping duties on your designated site, monitoring levels of cleanliness and making sure standards are high.
• Co-ordinate with the Facilities Manager on site from contractor side to make sure cleaning rotations are as per the contract requirements.
• Responsible for supervising the cleaners, monitoring their work and making sure they complete their work on time.
• Ensure all staff are using the right equipment for each job and that products and equipment are used as per the instruction manual for use and chemicals are used economically.
• Ensure contractor FM team onsite know how to use all the equipment and have had adequate training with the machines and specialist chemicals.
• Ensure FM team is well presented in smart, clean uniforms at all times.
• Ensure staff availability on site all the times
• Ensure staff deployed by FM team are hygienic, groomed, uniform and all required PPE are in use
• Ensure checklist and reporting in agreed format with FM team as well to JLL are in compliance
• Provide training, onsite inspection and induction for all FM team for soft services under scope
• Good English language ability both spoken and written. Spoken Arabic, Hindi or Urdu an advantage.
• Carry out, to the best of your ability, any task given to you.
• Comply with all processes and procedures (Human Resources, HSEQ, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Operations) which include compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the local labor law.
