• Follow up closely on the process related to Riyadh branch and track figures in association with set targets.
• Create Relationship with decision makers & utilizes this relationship to the benefit of the business and assist in Prequalifying the company & products with Main Contractors, Consultant, Municipalities, Ministries & concerned governmental & private sectors
• Contract the main & mechanical contractor for the purpose of the project requirements awareness to plan accordingly for the support needed & the related products & service sales.
• Build confidence in sales staff by increasing the technical and sales abilities.
• Maintain brand image to the highest standard in the process of sales customer awareness through sales team providing training, loyalty & support program to ensure increasing market share.
• Assist in implementing marking plan and organizing rebate programs.
• Analyze sales report to be coherent with the progress followed and aimed in increasing efficiency, closing sales and determine areas needing support.
• Assist in staff evaluation and suggest needed changes and training programs.
• Work closely with Design, sales, Product managers & service Departments for better projects & customer support and accomplishing diversity products targets assigned.
• Implementing Business plan & strategy set from the management and follow on responsibilities & target dates to accomplish results as planned accordingly.
• Submit reports pertaining to areas of concern mentioning status, actions and progress done.
• Additional related tasks as requested by the management.
• Position will be based in Riyadh and have traveling tasks as needed.
