1. Completes rental transactions and agreements for customers following established guidelines and procedures.
2. Completes qualification procedures prior to renting vehicles.
3. Sells programs and services to customers in an effort to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales goals set by management.
4. Maximizes up-sells and walk-up sales based on customer requirements, utilizing established sales techniques and dialogues.
5. Provides customers with completed rental agreements requirement to rental vehicles.
6. Completes transaction procedures for returned vehicles and verifies accuracy of closing calculations.
7. Audits closed contracts to ensure accurate charges for refueling, applicable taxes, etc.
8. Solves problems raised by customers using sound judgement within applied empowerment guidelines and company policy.
9. Lead by example, demonstrating a professional and competent approach to work, in relationships with management and other staff, and with customers’.
10. Monitor car inventory and availability every month.
11. Coach staff to ensure they hold the necessary skills, and have the correct procedures and policy to provide services consistent with the Company’s values.
12. Supports staff to achieve their sales targets.
13. Supports management with the development and implementation of staffing schedules based on business demands and transaction levels.
14. Ensures all accident vehicles are submitted to insurance with complete documents.
15. Handles corrective Action when necessary.
16. Supervision of Processing invoices for corporate customer & submit on time every month.
17. Following collection for corporate customers & help rental agent to collect individual customers payment.
