Main Purpose:
To Lead the execution standards for the Sales distribution channels and deliver volumes through:
Leading the yearly Annual Operating Plan
Setting the Regional must win battles and KPIs
Leading the monthly reporting of results within the region
Reviewing and ensuring accurate weekly Sales Inventory Production
Leading people planning process and providing ongoing coaching to all Unit Sales Managers (USMs)
