Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Provide general support to visitors
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
Organizing events and conferences through reserving site, catering and all the needed tools.
Following up the maintenance of office equipment.
Handling the petty cash and reconciling it with the finance department.
Preparing all office supply purchasing with the finance department.
Facilitating company visitors and scheduling their visits
Writing letters / memos and indexing the exchange log.
Keeping and indexing minutes of meetings.
Sending and replying e-mails for the CEO.
Organizing the CEO calendar and schedule.
Managing the office purchases orders cycle.
Maintaining Co. documentation cycle finalizing all receptions duties.
Handling of emails exchanges with the customers.
