KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Accountability Areas
Key Activities:
Motor Winding Management
Perform the activities of Stator press, straightening, winding, varnishing, install lead wire, motor assembly, and dismantle Motor/Stator and testing.
Prepare all the needed material & tools and place it in the work station to perform the needed winding process.
Work with QC & QA team to ensure the best application of the design and work instructions needed to complete the winding process.
Performs under minimum supervision, tasks of substantial variety or complexity which requires a masterly knowledge of winding and assembly techniques, materials, tools and equipment.
Keep accurate and organized all the documentation involved in the development of plant operations and satellite workshops.
Make cleaning job in the workshop areas.
Assist in training new employees, assigning jobs, and check quality of others' work.

Follows all relevant Operations’ policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Promotes the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within APC.
Safety, Health and Environment:
Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Participates in incident and accident investigations as required in line with agreed safety, health and environment policies, procedures and controls.
Reports on changes within APC that impact relevant safety, health, environmental management and social responsibility policies, procedures and controls.
Authority:
Quality: Stop and report equipment or nonconforming service.
Industrial safety: Stop and report a sub-standard or unsafe condition.
Environment: Minimize the possible environmental impacts.
