Handle daily all voluntary cancellation requests & involuntary cancellation requests for Retention.
Determine the customers problems and work on fixing their problems after convincing the customers to continue with Orange.
Follow the customers complaints with the responsible departments to get the problem solved within the SLA.
Verify the quality of the service upon the customer confirmation and ensure customer satisfaction and willingness for continuing the service with the company.
Compensate the customers using the appropriate compensation toosl if needed depending on the Customer Problem, Life time and Customer ARPU.
Work on delivering a good image for our company in case we couldn't retain the customer
Update all the agrements, Conversation with the customer through the available systme to be accessible for all front-lines to be able to handle any customers inquires through Microsoft dynamics.
Handle any addition task assigned by the direct manager.
Handle the Internal Customers inquires through an internal Hunt
