• Researches vertical market customers with existing or potential National and, where applicable, multi-country MA opportunities.
• Provides input into the determination of the National and, where applicable, multi-country MA opportunities for the vertical market
• Develops an action plan for each existing and potential National MA and where applicable, as lead country MA Manager, for relevant multi-country MA
• Regularly reviews and update customer action plans to reflect any changes (positive or negative)
• Distributes customer action plans to senior management and other relevant parties
• Proposes revenue and EBIT targets for each National, and where applicable, multi-country MA in their portfolio
• Monitors achievement of revenue and EBIT budgets and targets per individual MA within their portfolio
• Communicates and gains support from Line and Local management for the achievement of National, and where applicable, multi-country MA objectives
• Establishes appropriate relationships and communicates with other relevant functional areas
• Forms professional and appropriate relationships at senior level in key existing and potential National MA customers’ organisation and where applicable, as lead country MA Manager, within relevant multi-country MA.
• Ensures correct levels of TNT Management are in contact at the right level within all MA customers’ organizations
• Identifies new and existing business opportunities/solutions (including corrective action plans) within all MA
• Develops the business solutions that fit with the identified business opportunities and TNT capabilities
• Presents solutions and offers to customers via the most appropriate medium
• Wins/closes on solutions offered to customers
