The HR Employee relations module contains a list of all employee relations cases starting from the hiring phase into the organization till exit employee. In addition, includes all kind of employee relation.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Induct new joiner’s orientation

- Clarifying roles and expectations for new employees by distributing handbook

- Notify the IT department about what tools the new employee will need, having this set up as early as possible will help get employees up to speed with fully functional workstations and mobile devices when they start on the first day.

- Handle the events.

- Handle the HR email announcement.

- Handling HR Personnel requirements
