CEO level opportunity to join medium sized growing food business in Saudi Arabia, to manage overall running of company
Client Details
Medium sized established market leading food business in Saudi Arabia, with ambitious growth plans locally and regionally
Description
The CEO will have responsibility for the running of the business and will report to the Board of Directors. This will cover all areas of commercial, operational financial and supply chain as well as all support functions within the business.
Focused on rapid growth strategy you will ensure the business can set and achieve realistic goals for growth with a view to IPO in the future.
Be able to lead inspire and motivate a workforce to achieve and take the business to the next level.
Profile
You should have a commercial background, ideally have worked before in a sales or marketing based roles in FMCG consumer industries.
More recently experience of leading a business, P&L, financial responsibility as well as all commercial and operational activities of the business.
Your drive should be to create and grow something and be able to motivate the business to that effect.
Leadership, man management and drive is crucial to this, as is a track record of achieving similar results in Saudi Arabia before in a senior leadership position within food or FMCG sector.
