Principal Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)
• Manage Daily Training reporting activities- Attendance, Utilization, Dashboards
• Closely work with Training Leader/manager in implementing New Training methodologies, principles for improved Training effectiveness and Business improvement.
• Conduct New Hire and Refresher Training for the Process.
• Conduct interviews to screen right skill set for the process.
• Develop classroom agenda, timelines and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to participants.
• Review existing training materials and make revisions, as necessary, as per Instructional design.
• Monitor progress of the batch.
• Provide structured Feedback, counseling and guidance for New Hires and Existing Agents in the process.
• Complete daily training administrative work such as tracking of participant data, timekeeping, and other
• Administrative tasks as required in a timely & accurate manner.
• Generate training reports
• Monitor. Calls and provide feedback to the agents on the floor.
• Conduct Training Need Identification exercise and a follow up training plan on a monthly basis
• Conduct Job Knowledge Quiz’s on the floor on a fortnightly basis
• Develop learning plan for bottom performers of the process and track


improvement-Monthly
• To contribute towards building an excellent training delivery team.

• Monthly interaction on social media analysis
• Quantitative
• Qualitative
• No. of issues resolved within the standard time.
• Agents productivity
• Other key management attributes & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as agreed.
