Your Role at Mahmood Saeed Group Co.: As a Senior Recruiting Specialist, you will be part of building talent pipelines and attracting the best talent to our organization. In addition you will:

 

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting from job posting through offer negotiation and pre-boarding activities.
• 
  
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies, including developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align to the current and future talent needs.
• 
  
• Draft job descriptions and employee specifications and propose new ways as to attract more candidates.
• 
  
• Identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost.
• 
  
• Manage the job offer process including negotiation and administration within company procedures.
• 
  
• Verify references.
• 
  
• Generate status recruitment update reports.
• 
  
• Prepare manpower planning inline with the business needs.
• 
  
• Building a Saudization plan, Maintaining and improving Nitaqat.
• 
  
• Communicate with third party recruitment and staffing agencies if needed.
• 
  
• Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, etc.
• 
  
• Building relationships with Universities for job posting , attracting talents and employer branding.
• 
  
• Proactively headhunt, screen and shortlist top talent.
• 
  
• Proactively build talent pipelines including, referral generation, internet sourcing, events and sourcing campaigns.
• 
  
• Work closely with the talent team and hiring managers to clearly understand requirements of the role, the scope and the team.
