We are looking for a SBUs Alignment Manager, in this role you will be responsible for aligning the interaction process with the other stakeholders process and developing and managing the SLAs with the other stakeholders in addition to the coordination with the Governance framework. in addition to develop and maintain the policies and establishing the policies library
Daily Operations:
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Operations Department to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
Policies, Processes & Procedures
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Safety, Quality & Environment
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
FUNCTION ACCOUNTABILITY
• Act as the primary point of communication for coordinating with other SBUs and governmental stakeholders via developing and maintaining the proper communication channels in escalating and resolving of issues
• Manage development of SLAs with external stakeholders to measure the performance of each stakeholder within the affordable housing program
• Prepare stakeholder performance reports for upper management to identify areas of improvement in coordinating with stakeholders
• Work with the each of the business units to develop the operational policies and processes by utilizing global best practices and process toolkits
• Manage the development and maintenance of the operational process and policies data bank
• Develop the internal communication channels to distribute the developed operational processes and policies to other business units
• Prepare operational process and policy reports for upper management and COO periodically to provide visibility on completion and implementation rate of business processes and policies
