1. Record and maintain additions, disposals and transfers of fixed assets in BaaN Fixed Assets module;
2. Post depreciation of fixed assets in the BaaN ERP system and reconcile BaaN Fixed Assets module with the General Ledger;
3. Scrutinize all suppliers invoices and match them with purchase orders and receiving reports before recording in BaaN Accounts Payable module;
4. Complete supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any differences with suppliers;
5. Ensure payments to suppliers are made in line with the relevant contracts and Company’s policies;
6. Carry out robust cash reconciliation procedures on a daily basis with all the retail shops and investigate and resolve any differences identified on a timely basis;
7. Assist the rest of the team in regular month-end closing activities;
8. Respond to inquiries from the manager by gathering, analyzing, summarizing and interpreting data; and
9. Any other tasks as may be assigned by the manager from time to time.
