• QA/QC Manager role & responsibilities are to establish and implement the Quality Management System and to assure proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Sales and Operation and ensure the products safety and security.
• To establish Company Quality Plan including Quality Policy and continually improve it
• To ensure that Company Quality Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for the their purposes and use for which they are intended
• To establish Quality audit program & schedule and perform the Quality Audit within the organization
• To check if Sales Supervisors are doing regular stock taking as per the plan and report incompliance to direct manager
• To participate in field visits, review the team field visit reports, recommend needed preventive and corrective actions
• To follow up with logistics, Sales Unit Managers to close pending invoices and support in resolving any obstacles
• To review the Distribution stock taking report done by the team, set recommendations and communicate to logistics Manager and HR Department as per the results
• To review fleet GPS tracking reports and coordinate with logistics and HR department to take needed actions
• To review sales collection report and follow up with sales unit managers finance to expedite collection process and to close it in the ERP system
• To review daily warehouse stock taking reports in comparison with inventory in the ERP system and coordinate with the operation manager for needed corrective and preventive actions
• To inspect products identified as damages and endorse its transfer to damages warehouse, which includes: warehouse damages and damages returned from the market.
• To check the Products defects and release its transfer to damages warehouse to be isolated there until getting the Principal approval
• To examine random samples of processed products for delivery before loading, distributing and verifying compliance with invoices
• To develop periodic reports related to the activities of the department
• To handle any other work related activities as per the direction of the direct manager.
