The Planning and Follow Up Manager is responsible for developing overall strategies for follow-up procurement, warehousing, production and sales plans while meeting customer needs. Of the products on time and in quantified quantities, and follow up the implementation of the work plan while achieving the planning management system.
1- Follow-up of warehouse balances from the final product and compare them with customer operating orders
2- Follow-up balances of raw materials and colors and all the needs of the final producer of packaging materials.
3-Work on a quantitative quantity of raw materials and colors to meet production needs
4- Follow-up to the SAP system to cover any special requirements of the orders of supply and work to address any errors that may appear in the system in conjunction with the clients.
5- Preparation of production operation orders according to customer's confirmed needs (orders of supply) and expected (future customer plans)
disposal of raw materials for each operation order and follow-up receipt of the finished product from the production department.
6- work with the Department of production and maintenance
Follow-up of the daily shipping / transport movement of the final product and the additive to the customer
Carry out any other tasks that may be assigned to him
