Job Purpose Statement:
Responsible for applying integrated training, organizational development, career planning and counseling skills to the design, management, and evaluation of programs to improve individual productivity, employability, job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
• Reviewing Job description, job evaluation and suggesting new OD to accommodate new changes and growth.
• Managing, advising and taking action on various high-level personnel matters such as merit increase, promotion and education assistance
• Assist Strategic HR team to review benefits, allowances and compensation to meet business requirements.
• Research, design and develop organization structures based on best practices.
• Implementing operational excellence activities and assisting with employee engagement surveys.
• Identifying the talents development needs (TNA) based on the job competencies and skills required to manage the tasks/duties effectively.
• Arrange for distributing the Annual Performance Appraisal documents to all employees and collect such to analyze and ensure that each area has achieved the distribution Curve in staff performance; draft the proposed increment rates according to the performance evaluation outcomes.
• Input training and performance appraisals in the ERP system.
• Develop the Competences Dictionary (Core, Leadership) for all departments (Technical Competency).
• Follow-up and regularly update HR policies and procedures implementation and adherence.
• Drafting salary scales for all positions and ensures that they remain competitive with changing market scales.
• Update job titles in line with the company’s requirements, demand, growth and expansion.
• Prepare and update the workflow and process for all HR functions and activities.
• Plan and execute company’s organizational development in line with its expansion and growth plan.
• Develop a method for collecting suggestions such as a suggestion box; monthly follow-up on incoming suggestions and process accordingly. HR Manager/Executive Management will take action on the best submitted suggestions.
• Organize and undertake training (technical and soft skills); assist in preparing training budgets.
• Coordinate the process of placing summer/Coop training students within different departments and oversee all related documents or affairs (weekly report, certificates, financial affairs, etc.)
• Manage employee’s newsletter for internal articles by writing and collecting articles.
• Prepare OD & Training dashboard monthly.
• Develop career development and succession planning that enhance professional development within the organization.
• Understand and anticipate social and regulatory changes that drive new and evolving career path options and priorities.
• Reviewing and enhancing business process of compensation & benefits to match the current and future growth of employees.
