• Lead training needs analysis studies and confer with direct supervisors and departments heads to determine training needs for Client employees.
• 
  
• Participate in screening, testing, counseling and recommending employees for participation in internal or external educational and training programs.
• 
  
• Organizing and developing training manual, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
• 
  
• Develop the annual training plan for approval to meet the training needs of Client employees.
• 
  
• Selecting appropriate instructional procedures and L&D delivery methods such as individual training, group sessions, coaching, mentoring, leadership development, simulation exercises, or e-learning solutions.
• 
  
• Supervising the implementation of developed training plans both internally and externally and ensuring the readiness of the training venues, logistics, transport, and accommodation as required to maintain efficient training delivery.
• 
  
• 
  

  Research and recommend external vendors or trainers to deliver training for Client employees in order to achieve Clients strategic objectives.

  
  
• 
  
• Maintain records and preparing statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees.
• 
  
• Prepare the annual Learning and Development budget for Client staff and leadership team.
• 
  
• 
  

  Evaluate and recommending methods and techniques for promoting, evaluating, and training employees, and administration of related programs.

• 
  

  Monitoring the progress of human resources development plans and recommending ways of enhancement and improvement of employee competency through the necessary training.

• 
  

  Manage the implementation of performance management system to reflect rewards based on excellence and merit for Client employees.

• Setting career development plans and individual development plans for the employees in line with their competencies, abilities and qualifications.
• 
  
• Preparing key jobs' holders succession plans and setting development plans for the potential successor.
•
