- Analyzes and describes jobs based on the goals and objectives of the company and determines the appropriate qualifications to fill the appropriate scientific qualifications and the duration and type of expertise required
- Uses the statistical quantitative methods to predict human resources needs, such as meeting supply demand, addressing deficit surplus, identifying specific employment needs
- Develops the organizational structure of the company, clarifying the units and relations among them, distributing the roles and defining the administrative names of the work team.
- Establishes and maintains good relationships with manpower providers.
- Plan and implement manpower plans
- Plans and implements - individually or with the participation of people's supervisors - preliminary interviews selected for applicants for certain positions
- Plans and implements, with the participation of people supervisors, periodic performance assessment interviews
- Conduct exit interviews for resigning employee & prepare a report for each case.
- Investigate and inquire about possible candidates for vacant obs
- Execute On-boarding program for new employees.
- Prepares and analyzes the turnover rate of labor per month and explains the reasons that cause its rise and what treatment methods.
- Develops and implements the company's annual training plan based on training needs
- Determines the criteria for nomination of trainees to join the training dowries
- Participate in implementing the performance assessment process
- Send alerts and notifications of non-response to administrative instructions and record this in a special record
- Monitor & sends alerts and warnings of non-compliance with the quantity or timings of the business
- Prepare and provide work tools and models required by business operations
- Interact with employees recommend what he / she deems necessary to make the work environment within the company positive and supportive
- Composure and confidentiality required to handle disciplinary and grievance issues.
