Managing the IT related core business applications for the multiple business units spanning across 8 Countries. Forming the strategy, short and long term plan for the Business application's new development, Implementations, continues enhancement of existing capability and the standardisation of the applications across the Business units. Identifying new technology and adopting to get highest level of performance and return on investment to achieve the company's strategic growth.

Description
- Manage, plan, design, and support, continuous improvement to the application environment of the company. Maximizing the utilization of the ERP and other applications and implement new application/function as business grows /changes.
- Direct the strategic and tactical goals, policies, and procedures for the ERP and business application implementation, enhancement and maintenance by establishing the department's operative goals and objectives.
- Ensure the availability of needed application and resources to support strategic growth by providing recommendations for establishing state of art and cost effective application solutions.
- Manage the functional and technical team members to provide applications services and expert level support for business units and its divisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manages the day-to-day operations including administering and directing functional and technical teams, applications, development, user services. Ensures the competency of employee resources to deliver the agreed SLA and KPI by conducting analysis and reviewing the performance.
- Conduct knowledge transfer to the resources in IT to develop and build capability for maintaining the applications.
- Create cost-benefit analysis, detailed definition of business process and departmental workflows to support enterprise goals.
- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.
- Estimate and propose the budget for the application implementation, enhancements, upgrades and control the budget during the execution.
- Take up new Project/ application implementation by studying the current business process and designing the application solution. Continuous enhancement to the implemented applications thinking through cost benefit and change in technology. Introducing new application.
Profile
Academic and professional qualifications:- BSc. In information technology from reputed university. Master will be plus.
- Certifications in ERP with focus on Oracle ERP applications
- Proven experience and excellent knowledge and background in designing, developing and implementing ERP application in multi country environment and similar managerial role
- Deep knowledge of business process and principles, superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities and solid understanding of data analysis and budgeting
- A strong strategic and business mind-set, Excellent organizational and leadership skills and outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Extensive working experience in technology and business roles within a company.
Experience:- 10 to 15 Years' experience in any world class ERP application Implementation, Business process study, Design, Process Re-engineering and application maintenance & support.
