Main Purpose:
Assist in managing stakeholders and implementing the function’s strategy related to governmental and non-governmental entities. The job holder will be responsible for Upper Egypt, being based in Cairo.
Accountabilities:
Assist in stakeholder management – Initiating contact, regular communication, organizing meetings, drafting letters to stakeholders
Effectively drive relations with representatives of various Ministries within the region
Responsible for acquiring/renewing all the required licenses to operate the factories and Distribution Centers
Responsible for ensuring that the company’s facilities falling within the region has all the permits required for operations
Ensure that company adheres to the legal standards and specifications for operating factories and distribution centers
Continuous risk assessment to ensure no or minimal business exposure related to licenses and permits
Crisis management related to potential issues in licenses, permits, utilities, health requirements, safety requirements, product issues, etc..
Provide necessary support for operational expansions by providing the various required documentation from different stakeholders to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and in full
