• Directs and coordinates preparation of Job descriptions and oversees job evaluations.
• Administers and interprets various labor agreements & Employments Contracts
• Administers grievance procedures, and provides labor relations support during contract negotiations.
• Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws.
• Administers insurance processes, reviews liability reports, monitors program costs and recommends policy changes to the director of human resources.
• Directs the development of staffing strategies, Develops and builds hiring processes for a variety of levels from temporary staffing to executive placement.
• Develops, streamlines and enhances staffing systems, tracking reporting and analysis.
• Manage employees contracts (renewal, terminations, end of contracts).
• Direct all employees letters, including (not limited to) Joining letters, end of service, employments certificates and any other letters associated with employees requirements.
• Supervise all employees files (physical and electronic) and make sure they are complete and updated.
• Supervise Employees' records on ERP system, and make sure all records are up to date & employees information are consistent with government bodies information (labor office, passport department, Insurance ...etc.)
• Manage & Update all forms as required by business needs.
• Supervise & direct Payroll & all related compensation & benefits of staff.
• Administer all employees booking, tickets, relocation, vacations ...etc.
