- Sales team design support:
1. Receive the design brief from the sales team to provide proposals of selections and suitable products to the provided space and clients' needs.
2. Prepare and review all plans and furniture layouts proposals with proper codes and information until final approved plans.
3. Prepare and review all presentations for all sales offers and tenders.
4. Prepare and review all technical specifications for Tenders and offers.
5. Prepare and review Partitions plans, elevations, details and revisions until final confirmation from client, production, and ensuring installation is processed properly.
6. Manage taking site measurements for furniture or electrical layouts and coordination.
7. Manage and prepare Bill of Quantities with description and quantities.
Products data management and filing:
8. Manage the Library of products' photos, CAD blocks, technical specs, presentations, catalogues, ... Etc. to be always organized and updated for all suppliers to be easily used by the design team.
Operations team support:
9. Prepare and review installation plans for Operations to use.
10. Prepare shop drawings and details needed for site installation of our products. (Carpet tiles, partitions, raised floor, furniture, concrete panels, ..etc.)
11. Visiting the sites/projects randomly during installation to ensure all products are same as specified.
Tenders Management:
12. Read and review all Tender documents when received from clients.
13. Coordinate, follow up and obtain from the other departments all needed data requested for the tender.
14. Ensure all tenders requirements are being prepared, printed, filed in accordance with tender requirements (documents, plans, technical specs, catalogues) to be submitted on due time.
Marketing support:
15. Prepare adds or providing best photos of products or presentations to marketing to be used in marketing adds.
Filing:
16. Manage and ensure proper soft and hard copy filing of all communications, emails, submittals, drawings,...etc.
Team management:
17. Distribute the workload properly on the team to achieve the targeted tasks in due time.
18. Manage the design team in terms of time and quality of work.
19. Assess and develop the capabilities of the design team to ensure best performance.
20. Ensure the quality of work presented is according to company standard of quality and presentation.
21. Prepare the requested reports for the Design Department work process status, task plan and progress reports.
