We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team. The CRM Manager is responsible for managing the CRM system. These consist of activities like identification of the business requirements and managing the implementation of the CRM system as well as development and deployment of the business rules to ensure effective usage of the CRM system.
Daily Operations:
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Operations Department to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
Policies, Processes & Procedures
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Safety, Quality & Environment
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
FUNCTION ACCOUNTABILITY
• Work in collaboration with the marketing and partnership departments to identify the CRM business requirements
• Identify and select the CRM business partner who will conduct the system implementation
• Ensure the efficient development and implementation of the CRM systems
• Manage the development and communication of CRM user manuals, guidelines and trainings to ensure all stakeholders are provided the necessary know how to effectively utilize the system
• Coordinate with IT in Shared Services to ensure that the CRM platform is functioning smoothly
• Continuously review systems and platforms to identify areas of improvement
• Manage CRM data density, quality, and actuality through effective CRM data governance structure
• Support segmentation of beneficiaries and developers based on developed customer criteria in cooperation with marketing and partnership departments
• Provide analysis, support and insight to all business units within scope of CRM
• Manage provision of support to all CRM users in using the system
