Preferably work with Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu (RCJY) as construction
manager in similar type of projects (schools OR building projects)
Construction manager must have the fluent ability for the following:
- Study and Understand the project full scope of work, construction
methodology and construction requirements.
- Prepare the construction plan versus project time schedule and milestones
- Lead the execution team an assign tasks for each one accordingly.
- plan and study the project construction phases.
- Plan and request the required resources and maintain the construction
strategy.
- Analyze each activity cost to Maintain the project budget and improve it.
- Maintain the quality of work.
- Maintain the work execution within the safety procedures.
- Plan ahead for the required resources (materials, manpower, equipment) and
be sure that it’s requested on time.
- Identify the required materials with its specifications, quantities and be sure
it’s submitted early enough to get approvals required.
- catch the schedule of work safely with good quality using all available tools
within the range of the project budget.
- Sharp monitoring and controlling of the Sub-contractors at site.
- Strong ability to managing construction / execution / installation / erection
works for the entire project.
- Can review and raise officially the entire project MR’s.
- Can review and adjust the project procurement plan to meet the construction
plan.
- Has an excellent knowledge for codes and standards of the work.
- Can make the necessary coordination between the all project discipline and
interfaces.
- Monitor the project milestones and achieve it ahead of time.
